    • Performance Check Session > This is a no-cost 30-minute initial consultation to introduce athletes and parents to mental coaching. We discuss the athlete’s challenges, goals, and opportunities for growth. Book this session to learn more about our 1:1 coaching programs and see how mental coaching can benefit you. 
    • Athlete Mental Coaching Session > This is a 45-minute intensive coaching session to help you prepare for upcoming tryouts, handle competition nerves, make a plan to achieve that big goal, or work through your biggest challenges so you can stop stressing and get back to performing your best. Learn what’s holding you back, set clear goals, and gain the confidence to take action. 
  3. Choose a Date and Time: Use our calendar to find an available slot that works for you. Don’t see anything that aligns with your busy schedule? Let us know > mgpcoach.com/contact 
  4. Complete the Booking Form: Fill in your contact information, payment info (N/A for Performance Check), and complete booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your session including a reschedule link if needed.
  5. Complete the Questionnaire: Athletes, provide additional information to help us make the most of our time together.

Coach Bragan

Mental Performance Coach
  • Athlete: Cheered at The University of Alabama. Member of The U.S. National Coed Premier Team in 2022.
  • Coach: Over 20 years of cheerleading experience.
  • Sports Psychology Expert: Certified MPC Mind Over Menal Block Coach, B.A. in psychology, Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling (in progress)
  • Specialties: Focus on personal growth and confidence while building trust using tailored techniques to help athletes overcome challenges and excel in their sport. 
  • Areas of Focus: Cheerleading & Gymnastics [Primary]; As well as a variety of other sports.

Coach Mo

Mental Performance Coach
  • Athlete: Former competitive dancer and gymnast. Competed in gymnastics at the University of Delaware.  
  • Coach: Over a decade of experience coaching competitive and recreational gymnastics, all-star cheerleading, and tumbling. 
  • Sports Psychology Expert: Master of Education in Sport and Exercise Psychology, Certified MPC Mind Over Mental Block Coach.
  • Specialties: Uses her experience to help athletes overcome mental blocks, fears, and performance anxiety. She aspires to help athletes rediscover their motivation and passion for their sport, while finding the personal drive to step out of their comfort zone.
  • Areas of Focus: Cheerleading, Gymnastics, Mental Blocks, Dance, Diving, Performance Anxiety, and Confidence

Coach Mandy, MGCP

Owner, Founder, Head Mental Performance Coach
  • Athlete: Played basketball, soccer, gymnastics, and karate before falling in love with competitive cheerleading. Charter member of Mercer University’s D1 Small Coed Competitive Cheer team.
  • Coach: Over a decade of experience in the gym coaching gymnastics, cheerleading, and high-level tumbling as well as choreographing championship routines. Opened MPC in 2019, to exclusively focus on the mental side of athletic performance.
  • Sports Psychology Expert: Certified Mental Game Coaching Professional dedicated to helping athletes achieve their peak potential.
  • Specialties: Helping athletes overcome mental blocks and fears so they can fully step into their confidence on and off of the mat.
  • Areas of Focus: Cheerleading, Gymnastics, Mental Blocks, Dance, Baseball, Softball [Primary]; Swimming, Basketball, and BMX.
